Who we are.Global Maths Trophy is a brand name of Rethink Maths Limited (company number 16482315), registered at Ground Floor Radley House, Richardshaw Road, Leeds, England, LS28 6LE. Rethink Maths Limited is the data controller and is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, reference ZC142952. When we say “we” or “us”, we mean Rethink Maths Limited.

The short version. This site offers free downloads. There are no accounts, no logins, no purchases and no forms, so there is very little we could collect even if we wanted to.

The information we collect. When you use the site, we process basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, timestamps and request logs. We use this to keep the site secure, prevent abuse, diagnose errors and run the service. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website. We also use cookieless analytics to understand basic site usage, such as how many people visit and which downloads are popular. This does not identify individual visitors. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.

What we don’t do. We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or send marketing emails.

Who we share it with. We use a small number of trusted providers to host the website and keep it secure. They only process data on our instructions. We will share information with others only where required by law.

How long we keep it. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed to run and secure the site. Enquiry emails are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to deal with your query.

Children. The site is aimed at teachers and parents. The games are for children to play on paper, away from the screen, and we do not collect personal data from children through this website.
